About Frederick's Accounting & Tax Service
Frank Frederick (the Tax Man) established Frederick's Accounting and Tax Service in 1980. He moved his small but growing business to the NW Minneapolis suburb of Ramsey in 1985. Now, with over 22 years of providing professional accounting and tax services, Frederick's has grown to two full-time and two part-time employees. This enriched and qualified staff is ready to tackle and address your accounting and/or tax needs.
Frank Frederick is an extremely active member in his community participating in many different functions with the local government, the Lions Club, community events, and other civil functions. In his spare time, Frank enjoys hunting and fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Missing a 1099 Form?
If you receive certain types of income, you may get a Form 1099 for use with your federal tax return. Form 1099 is an information return provided by the payer of the income. The payer should send or provide your Form 1099-series information returns by January 31, 2007. Read more here...
